Stakeholders

Working with clients, we create discussion guides that help us draw out information that guide insights. Our first step is to identify and weigh the key stakeholders. The conversations with them helps us understand what the company had planned on doing, is doing now, and how different the perceptions are within the team.

Customers/Potential customers

Next, we focus on current customers and potential customers. From this we learn whether what the company intended is being correctly perceived by people who are already customers. We’ll also gain insights from the customer’s POV that may not have been available to the company previously. To the extent that it is possible, we’ll also identify and talk with people who are likely to be the next set of customers to gain insights from them as well.

Verify or vacate the hypotheses.

The next phase of our process is to take all that we learned through our qualitative research and shape, with our clients, an online survey that includes questions to gain insights and statical backing for hypotheses as well as testing stim to gauge reactions to new ideas.

Achieve the business goal.

Armed with the distilled knowledge and learning from our research, we can work with our clients to implement, test, and apply those learnings to the real world. Allowing for actual measurement of success.
